He has lead several incredibly successful teams: Keller Williams Studio City, Keller Williams Hollywood Hills and Keller Williams Los Feliz. His most recent roles include serving as Team Leader of Keller Williams Beverly Hills and Operating Partner of Keller Williams Los Feliz. He brings with him immense training and experience in revolutionizing the lives of his agents, both in and out of real estate. Gary is a valued coach, expert team builder and real estate enthusiast. Market Center Administrator
Traci Benton-Worthen has been at the helm of overseeing finances for this top LA-based real estate firm for over 13 years. Her foresight and understanding on how to create ancillary revenue streams had never been more apparent than when she envisioned the creation of an escrow company for the KW Los Feliz office. Since launching LF Escrow, Traci has helped create exceptional returns for the partnership group through this venture. In addition, she has also launched 3 other KW franchises. Her unwavering loyalty speaks to the heart of who she is; a woman of high integrity, strong values and often the person sought for her perspective and decision making ability.
Traci is also a proud mother of two beautiful children and a husband who adores her. In her off time you can find Traci teaching spin classes as a way to have fun, stay active and the burn off a few calories.
Agent Services Coordinator
Liz serves as our Agent Services Coordinator and she handles her responsibilities with grace, charm and infectious enthusiasm. She facilitates new agent intake and orientation and helps agents to become acclimated with the KW systems and tools. She also oversees the office technology and communication systems. When new agents are hired, Liz coordinates their training and updates the agent roster. She also assists in organizing special events for the office and manages many other inter-office responsibilities. Her role in our company is to connect our agents to the tools they need for success.
Myrna has been working in real estate since 2000. At KWLF, she is responsible for reviewing contracts, educating agents on questions they have regarding transactions and also helping to resolve any issues they may have with other agents. With well over a decade of experience, Myrna also provides agents with in-depth knowledge, helping them to understand the many complex facets of the buying and selling processes. Her care and thoughtfulness as a Broker reassure clients and agents time and time again that there are procedures in place, and that they will be completed exceptionally well under her guidance and expertise.
Assitant Team Leader
Pinky excels in roles of leadership and consultation both for her clients and also our agents at KWLF. She works closely with our team leader in all aspects of creating productivity and consulting with associates. Her intelligence and motivated attitude support team leads in coaching agents to success. For over a decade, Pinky has serviced a boutique clientele of Educators, Industry/ Entertainment Creatives, Professionals in Law and Military fields, to name a few. Her expertise spans a wide range of client needs, from seasoned investors to first time buyers. She has been a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild for over 20 years. Pinky has a 5 year old daughter, Olivia, who is her pride and inspiration.
Director of First Impressions
As a KW veteran for the past three years, Brenda is an ambassador of our client first approach. This is why when people walk through our door, Brenda awaits to take the pressure off of the real estate process by making sure that they receive the highest standard of service possible. Brenda seamlessly guides clients through every phase so that their questions are always answered as they eagerly anticipate the amazing results to come. Beyond her client relations duties, Brenda also coordinates all of the KW events, as well as the day to day operations of the brokerage.
Shane has been with Keller Williams since 2009, starting as an agent's assistant in the Pasadena office. After receiving his real estate license, he expanded his expertise under the tutelage of one of KW's Top Producing teams while also serving as an escrow assistant for Los Feliz Escrow and as the Transaction Coordinator for the entire office. With his wealth of knowledge in a variety of fields, Shane facilitates new agent intake and orientation as an impassioned team leader. Some days you can find Shane working from home, with his son CJ often assisting from his lap.
